Our fees

Successful collaboration is based on clarity and transparency. That is why we discuss opportunities, risks and costs from the very beginning.

We charge for our services according to the time spent on your case, based on an hourly rate that we define according to the nature of the case.

​

We also conclude monthly subscription contracts, based on a preferential hourly rate, with the companies that regularly use our services.

The first appointment is charged at a flat rate of between €190 and €250 depending on the services provided, in accordance with Articles 14 and 34 of the German Lawyers' Fees Act (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz).

In accordance with the statutory provisions (No. 7002 RVG), expenses for post and telecommunications are charged additionally at a flat rate of EUR 20.00.
